Freshbooks sync

I am new to freshbooks and have been talking to them. They said that JotForm has the ability to, upon user form completion, create a new client account/create an invoice and (very importantly) create a "project" for that new user so our techs can see the "project" so they can work on that client's ticket and log in their time correctly.

How can I do this? I see the Integrations tab but when I get to the freshbooks url...I am confused because on your integration steps...it says enter User Name but it is indicated with a URL addy. I assumed this was supposed to be the URL not the username so I entered our URL for the freshbooks but it doesn't see that either. Sorry, it's confusing!

    Can you help me out?

Thanks ElieznerN! I got that now. So, I guess my biggest question now is, I selected create Contact and Invoice for Freshbooks but I am trying to figure out how a password can be setup for the user on Freshbooks from this automated contact creation. maybe I need to call them for this question.

**Also, do you JUST HAPPEN to know if there is a way to make the form unavailable during certain hours, days, etc?

    Hello,

    Thank you for the feedback.

You can set access persmissions for the contacts you collect for freshbooks through your form by following this help guide from Freshbooks.

About limiting the form from access on certain days - that may not be entirely possible, but you can set a date when the form will become unavailable, then activate the form when you need it, here's the guide for that.

Let us know if this helps.
