    PayPal Coupon Not Working

    We have a conference registration form that uses the PayPal widget. We are running a one day sale, with a coupon code today. However, users are unable to process the coupons. If an incorrect coupon code is put in, it says Invalid Code. If a good coupon code is put in then it just sits there spinning. We have tried 3 different networks and 3 different computers. Any idea?

    I will add that these types of coupons have worked in the past on our forms.

    I have tested your form from its URL and I do receive the never ending spin when trying to apply a coupon. But when I tested a cloned version of your form:

    I did get past the spin issue:

    And I have also noticed that your expiration date is today as well:

    Not sure if this may be giving you issues.
    But I would also suggest to clone my version of your form and test it yourself.

    Yes it is a one day sale. I have two forms using it, and both get the same spinning ring of death. It should expire at midnight tonight no?

    Cloning my form is not really an option as I have been using it for registrations for a while and my website has several links leading to THIS form. We also have Facebook posts leading to THIS form. I changed the expiration date on this one form to see if that was the problem, and it is not.

    Your cloned form does seem to be working fine, a side from it saying the coupon code is expired.

    Deleting the coupon code and starting from scratch fixed this issue on the form.

    The new coupon codes did not have expiration dates. The expiration date of the coupon codes. Do they kick off at 1159 on the expiration date or 12AM the evening before?

    Unless my colleagues have any other information. I do believe the code should expire @ 11:59 based on the timezone on your account. If I find addtional information on that i will make sure to let you know. Also, I would suggest to re-insert the coupon code in the case it missed the expiration date.
