Payment portion is not showing up when I have someone use the link that I send them via email

Everything on my Jot Form creation is fine except that when you send the link to someone and they click on it, the form shows up without the payment option...

The Payment tool contained on your form has only one product item. This is the reason as to why the payment tool is not appearing. I would advise to set a notice about the charge that will take place, just above the submit button.
