I am having issues with one of the fields in my form

We have a request a quote form on our website (url of the form listed below). I have the conditions set up so that if someone selects Canada as the conuntry, then a Province field will appear and a person can select the correct province. However, we recently received a form from someone who had clicked on United States as the country, but the Province field also appeared. I cannot replicate this issue. This ia a problem because there is a different sales rep for the US and Canda. If you could help, I would appreicate it. 

I checked your conditions and they seem fine. I also could not replicate this situation but I will forward this question to our development team so they can look better into this.
