Our organization is transitioning away from credit card use. I'm interested in knowing if there's other payment options and if we can subscribe to a yearly subscription.

Yes, we have yearly payment option. Just want to inform you that for Check/PO/Wire Transfer, we have a minimum of $100 for subscription so you have to upgrade either:
PREMIUM Bi-yearly PLAN - https://www.plimus.com/jsp/buynow.jsp?contractId=1693526

Check/PO. It doesn't seem to allow. I selected the 2 year subscription
option, but only allows payment by credit card. Is paying by check or PO
really an option? When I talked to the Plimus representative, she said they
don't offer a pay by check option for a recurring payment.

Hi Kim,
Are you trying for the 2 year Premium plan? It should be available like this

Premium plan might not be an available upgrade option for you because you are currently at Premium subscription plan already.
To change your current subscription from Monthly to Bi-yearly, we have to cancel it first and set back to Basic/Starter plan. Afterwards, you can just re-upgrade to 2 Year Premium using Check/PO payment method.
Inform us if we can proceed with the process of cancellation of the existing subscription.

When you click on "Check/Purchase Order/Wire Transfer", it takes you to a new screen that only gives three payment options: "Credit Card, Phone, or Fax". It does not even give a way to pay by check. Can you clarify how to actually pay by check since it does not give a viable option after clicking "Check/Purchase Order/Wire Transfer"?
