Paragraphs hidden from email submission

When I receive my form notification via email all the paragraphs are hidden and I need them to be visible.

I've seen already on forums that you can view this when in the submissions section of Jotform but this does not help me. I need it to be on the PDF attachment in the email

For this form I need the 3 paragraphs for
Covid-19 WHS Sign Off
Health Declaration
Data Retention Signature

On the screenshot you can see these fields are missing and it's just the signatures

I have tried cloning your form and made test submissions, however, I can't seem to replicate the issue. All email notifications I received have PDF attachments in them showing the correct data:

So I assume you were able to resolve it already by deleting the existing PDF template and just created a new one in the PDF Editor?
