Your subscription is still active as of checking. It will automatically renew on May 03, 2014 so you do not have to do anything else. Please make sure you have sufficient balance on your account during that day and everything will be fine. I think it is not necessary for you to update your billing info since the payment is processed over Paypal but here's how to check your billing info. http://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing

Sorry for not being clear. Since your payment was processed/paid over Paypal, you have to change your CC information on the Paypal side. Please login to your Paypal account and update your CC info under Profile.
