Missing features

Where is the grading freature? This used to be undre the survey tools, but is missing now...same for the signature.

Let me inform you that Grading Tool and e-signature is consider already as widget. To get/use this widget just simply type "grading" for grading widget and "signature" for e-signature under widget.
