Publish > Invite by Email: Can the email invitation be white labeled or customized?

We want to send email invitations to a specified list of recipients who are authorized to submit a form.

We have a paid subscription. Is there a way to have the Jotform header removed from the body of the email they receive?

Are you referring to the invite by email in the assign form in the publish section?

Unfortunately there's no way to change this email. If you would like I could make a feature request however we wouldn't be able to guarantee that it gets added or be able to provide an ETA of when it would get implemented if it does.

The use case would be that we know exactly who is supposed to receive a gift. We are inviting them (via an email) to choose their gift. If this could carry the client's branding instead of Jotform graphics, that would be something we'd really enjoy.

The purpose for sending the email vs. a link to the form is that only the people who are supposed to receive it would receive it and it couldn't be forwarded and filled out by miscreants. ;-)

We understand that you prefer the invite by email feature for privacy concerns so I have escalated this as a feature request. I presume you want the following highlighted parts on the invite email to be replaceable or customized with your own branding.

Jotform reviews all feature requests we get and we spend a lot of time researching and working on new features, but at the moment, I don't have any details on if, or when, this will be released as we don't have a public road map. Whenever we do release new features, we'll announce them to all interested customers. We appreciate your interest and input!
