Wondering if a jotform link I just filled out is being used for fraudulent purposes?

    Hello,

I responded to a FB ad for a rental property. The person who posted the ad said that management wanted to confirm some info before they schedule a tour with me and provided the following link https://tinyurl.com/4kruxm97 . That form collect a picture of my Id, my full name, my address, phone number and social security number. I was so excited about the property that I didn't consider that this could be fraud before I submitted the info.

Is there a way if you can tell if it is being used for legitimate purposes?

Does this mean it was proven to be fraudulent?
