Approval Flows: Reverse Approvals or Rejections

Hi, I tried out your approval workflow recently and while it works way better than the manual 2-step approval conditions I have been using for most of my forms, I would like to check if there is a possibility to reverse approved or rejected submissions.

I am asking as there are situations where submissions were requested to be cancelled long after they have been approved (e.g. leave applications).

So is JotForm planning to implement this?

Unfortunately, that is currently not possible. I'll raise your request to our developers, but please note that we do not know when or if will this be implemented. If there is any update, we will inform you here.

For now, you can edit submissions as that will restart the approval flow process.
