I am not receiving emails from a submitted form.

    We setup an email to notify us when someone signs up but it is not working. Can someone check it out?

    Hi, I see the reason why you are not getting your email notifications: 

    /var/log/jotform/remoteSmtpEMAIL.log:[11/Mar/2014:12:41:53 -0400] FAILED remote SMTP to garyc@cloudsplus.com from info@cloudsplus.com Last-Form-ID : IP : 77.96.107.5 Form-ID: 40584821524151 Reason SMTP Error: Could not connect to SMTP host.

    I would recommend you to use Mandrill to send E-mails from your own Email Address.
