If you meant the account submission limits -- it will temporarily disable your account and prevent forms from receiving submissions.
To correct the Overlimit status, you either upgrade to higher plan(more limits)
OR delete submissions then inform us so that we can re-activate the account.
By default, the system will send alert before the account can even exceed limits -- this will provide the chance for adjustment.
