How can my respondents get a confirmation of their answers?

Asked by stagiare.ops on March 12, 2014 at 04:46 AM

    Dear Jotform,

I want my respondents to get their questionlist + answers in their inbox. This by filling in their email in the email box and then I would like to have a checkbox which says: Would you like to receive a copy of your answers.

Is this possible, so yes how?

    Kind Regards,

    Marcel

    Hello Marcel,

Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement. You should actually add an auto-responder to your form which will send an email to the form submitter. Once the auto-responder is added in your form, you can take advantage of our conditional logic feature to send auto-responder email only when the "checkbox - Would you like to receive a copy of your answers" is checked.

The following guides should help you:

I cloned your from and did the changes. Please take a look at the following form and see if this is what you want to achieve:  http://form.jotformpro.com/form/40702721030942?
