Form is running slow on Galaxy Note 3

Please tell me how to speed this up. it takes way too long to expand the collapsible sections of our form as well as the rest of the form responds slowly to finger taps. this occurs on iphone ipad and my galaxy note 3 which is very fast phone. (quad core processor).

also while editing the form the drag to reorder the field doesnt usually drop the field where you want it no matter what browser I use

Even on desktop browser, I already noticed the slight hiccup in using the form.

You may want to try re-embedding the form using its full source code and have it hosted on your end.
