Notification Email: Logo hasn't updated

    When my Jotform I completed y someone it gets submitted with the wrong logo on it. Initially it had another logo on it but I switched it out with a new logo. When someone fills it out the correct logo is there but once it's submitted to me the old logo is there. I have to send these to other colleagues of mine and can't have that old logo on it. Do you know how to fix this?

    The old logo is "Grafitti Junktion, and the new one is Kingdom Franchsing.

    Howdy Asha,

    You'll need to update the Logo in the Notification Email. If you've done this once before, please ensure that you're clicking the Save button.


    Please let us know if the emailed logo is still incorrect after making this change.
