Form fields are lost.

Hello Support,

yesterday, When i create a form new form and save and check in the browser, today i start remaining form content, but my form content are different, please check attached a screenshot. Form link is same, but form content are blank.

Upon checking your form, I found that there are 177 updates made to your form today and most of the fields were removed. Have you not done these changes? Please check the screenshot below:

If you want to revert your form to previous version, it is now possible to do so. Please be noted that we have already released the "Revision History" feature. You will be able to see the different versions of your form and revert it to any choice of yours.
