Pay With Credit/Debit Card Option Not Working

    Hello,

    It seems our users are having an issue submitting payment through our form with the "Debit or Credit Card" option. No matter what it always says it's declined even with all info entered correctly and the proper funds available. https://form.jotform.com/92556171621153

    Hi,

    Can you please attempt disconnecting the integration and reconnecting?

    If the issue persists, can you please confirm if the users are using the direct form link?

    Hi,

    Sorry to hear that the issue is still persisting.
    Could you try removing and recreating the API key, and adding the credentials again to the integration?

    Hello, I've just tried this and I am still getting the same exact error message. Can someone please help fix this??

    Hello,

    This error message is displayed when you do not have a PayPal Pro account or there is any limitation with your PayPal Pro account. I would suggest contacting PayPal and sharing this error message so they can look into your account with why it may be triggering this error.
