I can't view images that have been uploaded through my JotForm

    My name is Oliver Gatland-Pendleton. I recently created a JotForm called "Patron Bio Form". The form contained a number of simple text based questions, and two image upload sections. Someone recently completed the form, but when I click on the image links to open the images, I get a 404 error.

    I need to be able to see these images. Please can someone help?

    You are unable to view the image because you are not logged in to your account. The URL you provided belongs to another account. Following is the email address it is registered against.

    ol****r@w***ys.com

    If you recognize the above email address then please log in to the correct account and then try accessing the image agin.
