Additional users?

Did you change it so there are no additional users anymore? Is there additional users in the gold plan still? or is there only additional users paying a lot of money on the enterprise level?

Thanks for reaching out to us!

Only grandfathered accounts created before 2019 can have sub-users. New accounts can't.

You can still however have sub-users under our Enterprise plan.
