How can i download the esignature

We set this up so we can get there signature, When I download it on excel or csv it does not show the signature, just ref link? If I do it via pdf it does not show at all?

The pdf has a broken link for the esignature???

There is no image when we download it as a pdf? it is just a broken image symbol for all files. We need to download our whole petition to send off with signatures, how do we do this?

Hi, it seems the PDF's are showing the e-signature. I was hoping to be able to download them all to a zip file. But download all to pdf doesn't seem to do anything.

It seems you have 20K submissions so it might take some time to send you the PDF files.

Are you unable to see the signatures via the Tables page? The signatures on your Tables page are displayed on our end.

We can see it on the tables, however, we need to submit the gathered submissions to our client as independent PDF files. What is the best way of doing that?

Downloading it as a PDF should work.

I attempted to download the PDF of one of your submissions and it is appearing for me.

Can you please attempt going to your account settings and turning off the option "require log-in to view uploaded files" and check if the signatures appear in your PDF after that?
