Hi, my account is still not letting my customers upload.

    I emptied the audio files. I'll empty the trash now too.

    I see that your account is showing as over-limit. I did clear your form caches and recalculated your uploads, but I still see that you are sitting at 12.04GB.

    Have you had a chance to empty out your Trashed Entries yet?

    Yes, I emptied the trash, but it's still showing as over the limit.

    I have a note that this was answered at 11:45 am. I assume that's Eastern Time. It's 11:31 here in Central Time and I don't have an answer, and my form is still not accepting uploads. Can you help me, please?
