Hey Jot form team, I filed a support request on the 26th and never heard back...what is the deal with not being able to download the pictures from a form I have built and how do we fix the issue? or more accurately, why can I not download the pictures from the email notification? Do I have to log in to download the images?

Yes, to view uploaded files, you need to be logged in to your JotForm account. Alternatively, you can disable Require log-in to view uploaded files. option from the account settings:
