Jotform uploads are not working

When our employees upload their timeslips they are not sending correctly. They are all kinds of messed up and it is making it very difficult for us to print all of the information on them. Also, employees are getting error messages when they upload their timeslips. Thank you for your help as we need this problem fixed asap.
