Fail to upload file to form

hi, i can upload file to my form. i have followed all the guide on youtube, still not working. Please help

Greetings, after creating your form in form builder, you will see the button to add form element. When you click that button, you will reach many elements and widgets that you can add to your form. Under the simple elements heading, there is an option to upload files. This element you can add files to your form. Also, when the element is clicked on the form, the settings icon appears. You can customize the file upload process in this area. You can customize acceptable file extensions. You can see it more clearly in the screenshot I attached. Have a nice day

there's no button for me to upload the file, i tried to drag and drop the file i want to attach with, but it dont work.
