We have a created a jotform and users are having issues when trying to complete an entry and paypal transaction via mobile phone. Is there a setting we need to update to eliminate the issue? Right now the page spins when the user tries to access the Paypal site to pay.

Hi,
It seems that you have used the PayPal Checkout integration.
Can I confirm that your PayPal account is a business-type account?
The PayPal Checkout requires a business account to work. For standard PayPal accounts, you can use the PayPal personal integration.
If your account is a business-type account, can I ask you to disconnect and reconnect the integration?
I have also cleared your form caches, so if there are any cache-related issues, they should be resolved.
