The printing and downloading buttons on our forms aren't showing up.

    Can you provide which forms it is that you're referring to so we can look specifically at those. I see for example on your contact form that you don't have the print button enabled.

    hello! thank you for your response.

    This is an issue new to this PM. It was working in the AM. At present, the problem isn't that our patients cannot print the form. The problem is that we cannot print the form after the patient has filled it out. See screenshot. Thank you.
