Can not select Use Template

    Nothing happens when I select Use Template - have tried it on many forms - also the X doesn't work to close out a preview, I have to use the back button.

    Could you please clear your browser's cache? If the issue persists, can you please try using a different browser instead?

    We can also create a form using the Product Order Form as template and move the created form to your account.
