Can I push data to a paragraph field I create on my form?

I have a text field where I have horses name for the end user to select ( radio button choices ). Under the options is where I enter the names and I see that it's just straight text with a carriage return after each line item.

I was wondering if there is a way via API if I can update that field instead of having to manual open up the form and manually making the change.

Does that make sense what I'm trying to do?

As far I know, you can only get reports, submissions, forms, or submission id# via API.
