Something is wrong with my form... using the Weekly Appointment Planner widget

    It isn't recognizing the submissions!!!!

    It did before, but now, the submissions are not recognized and it shows all appointments are open when they are almost all filled!!

    Hi there!

    I've cloned your form and wasn't able to replicate your issue. I've submitted a few submissions on the form that I've cloned and it did reflect on the form.

    Can you please try to clear your browser cache, log out of Jotform then log back in again?

    Let us know if you are still getting the same problem

    I logged out of JotForm...

    I pulled the form up on my phone

    The submissions still are not registering into the widget...

    I cleared the Cache out of the browser... pulled up the form on another computer, and on my phone... same problem. The form is not registering the Submissions

    Hi Cheryl,

    Thank you for giving us an update and for doing all the suggested troubleshooting. I also would like to recommend removing the Weekly Appointment Planner, then adding it back as it normally fixes minor bugs.

    If that does not work, you I suggest that you try Appointment form element instead of the Weekly Appointment Planner. It has the same functions and more. You may refer to this guide for instructions on how to add it to your form.

    Please let us know if this works. If necessary we will escalate this issue to our developers. We'll await your response.

    If I delete the widget, won't the submissions be deleted, also?

    Hello,

    If you delete it the column will also be deleted from your table. If you go into the widget settings and click on update widget it appears to update their status to show the correct values though. I've done this on the first two for you. Can you check to see if it works correctly after doing that?

    I've tried clicking on "Update Widget" multiple times... and it doesn't resond.

    The first 2 that you updated seem to be fixed.

    Having the SAME problem with this form.......

    the "update Widget" button does not work.... The submissions are not registering.

    I went into that form and hit update widget on all of those and it appears to be working for me.

    I have clicked on the update widget button multiple times, and it does not respond.

    I use a Microsoft Surface computer, and Chrome.

    I've tried it on Edge, using a tower computer, and my co worker has also tried to no avail.

    I use this widget in other forms too. It worked beautifully last year... before the update, but is not responding.
