My form is not updating

    I have made changes to my form and they show up but when I preview the form or open into a new tab, the changes are not there. I have tried to clear my cache inside jotform and that did not help.

    I apologize for the inconvenience. I have cleared your form cache from my side as well, just in case. Is the issue still occurring?

    If so, please try logging out and back in. Additionally, please name the form this is occurring in.

    Let me know if the issue remains or if you have further questions.
