Form has large header

My welcome page has a large blank header and footer area above and below my text. When adding to my webpage it creates a obviously large blank area between what's above the form and below. How do I fix this?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the size or customize Cards forms.

If the layout looks off, could you give us a link to your webpage where the form is embedded on?
We can take a look if the embedding is working correctly.
