    Have there been any changes to the PayPal integration Since August? Our subscription process no longer works.

    Please let us know if you are referring to the PayPal payment field that you have added to your form embedded on your website?

    If yes, what issue are you facing?

    I can see that you have connected the payment field correctly on the form.

    Please try embedding the form using the iFrame code and then check:

    Initially I asked because another staff had said there was an email or message indicating that there was a change. I could not find reference to it.

    I have resolved the issue now. It had nothing to do with Jotforms.
