How do I get a Zapier integration to trigger when a form submission is edited?

We have an integration setup via Zapier to update fields in Hubspot. This works great for the first form submission but the workflow requires that a 2nd and sometimes 3rd edit is made to the original submission and that those edits are also updated via the Zapier integration in Hubspot. The problem is that form edits/updates do not trigger Zapier. Is there a way to make that happen?
