I want to copy data from one form to another after submitting and linking to another form

Customer fills out the sign-up form:

Customer clicks on the "Pay Now" button and upon Submit it takes them to the payment form:

How do I get their Name, Email, Phone Number and Suite Number from the sign-up form to be prefilled on the payment form?
