Form not working on old version Ipad

    Hello,

    I have created a form that was working perfectly but is no longer responding correctly on certain ipads.

    It is a standard form with simple name, email, DOB and single choice selections.


    What are the ipads requirements for the forms to work correctly. i.e version, software etc

    Or samsung tablets


    The ipad is an older version and doesnt support the mobile app.

    I have a 2nd ipad where a different form is now not working correctly either.

    To have a short cut to the form, I had to 'view' from an email request I sent myself and then save the form on the home screen.


    Any help would be great. Thank you.

    For the Jotform app to work on iPads, it should be on iPadOS 11.0 or later. Also, when you click on link from the email, I believe that should open in Safari.

    Also, using mobile browser even on older iPads should work.

    Can you share a screen recording on how that works on your end?
