Photos are not coming through

    The photos in the request forms are coming up with a "no longer available" message every time I try and access them. I can't see anyone's reference photos.

    Please let me know what I need to do to correct his problem.

    Hello Chloe - Apologies for the inconvenience.

    Are you trying to access uploaded photos through tables, in boxes, or emails? I checked the URL provided and was able to download and view the photo.
