Form Receipt Title Incorrect

    When someone fills out the form, the title is incorrect.

    At the top it says "MIWC March Luncheon", but the form is 2021 MIWC December Holiday Luncheon.


    How do I change the "MIWC March Luncheon"

    Hi Snit99,

    Kindly go to Settings > Form settings and change the Form title.
