I need to remove CAPTCHA ASAP

I have our entire Middle School using a JotForm and now half are getting an error message asking them to enter a CAPTCHA I am not Robot. HELP!

May we know the form URL that is affected by this? Do you have a captcha element on the form? Or does the CAPTCHA appear when you submit the form?

It's too late now as the time for registration is over so we had to manually write down the 50+ students who could not register.

How do we make sure this never happens again? Do I need to put in a ticket before we have a form go live? We have 589 MS students who needed to register. Tell me what can I do to prevent this going forward.
