Why is it telling me I have no forms where has my form gone

It wasn't set up on this account or email it was set up by myself Keith
Manning email keith.manning24@btinternet.com and the form which is a
purchase form linked to PayPal and the websit it is attached to is
www.savetheplanetwallchart.co.uk. I normally just log into Jot Form to
check if there are any orders. Where It suddenly got this email address at
gmail i don't know.

It still keeps taking me back to this new account it seems to have created
and won't let me log into my original account.

I suggest you open a new browser or open the browser in incognito or private mode and then copy/past the link https://www.jotform.com/login on the new browser. You can log in using the other username then.
