Our captcha function works fine for most of our users, but a few users have complained that the captcha never loads.

I noticed the same issue, and it's probably cause by a script conflict between your website scripts and the form embed codes which utilize Javascript method.

Please re-embed your form using our iFrame Method: Getting the Form iFrame Code. iFrame shouldn't create any conflict and should fix the issue.
