Trouble opening in WeChat and email in China

    I have made a survey for some prospective students in China. None of the parents have been able to open the shared link. I have a teacher friend who has done the same thing without problems. Would you help me troubleshoot this problem?

    Hi there,

    Since these are from China, our domains may be blocked on their end which is why they are having that kind of issue.

    Our main domain, www.jotform.com, is most likely not blocked but your form link is under, form.jotform.com. I just checked if that domain is blocked and it shows us that it is currently blocked.

    In this case, they can either try to use a VPN on their end for them to be able to access your form with no issues. Or you can also modify the URL of your form.
