When I preview the form not all fields are there

If you add a condition such as show/hide and miss a field then your condition will not work properly and the other elements will be affected. In your case after you deleted the “will you be attending” question the other form elements(your questions) are affected and give errors because they are connected with the “Show/Hide” and various other conditions. 

To resolve this, you can either delete the condition or reorganize it (add a field and replace it with the missing form element in your condition or replace the missing element with already existing fields).
