Payment options

    hi I recently made a form with jotform and have discovered that the paypal payment option works but when i click on the mastercard option it says 

    Invalid Configuration
    This transaction cannot be processed. The merchant's account is not able to process transactions.
    Does this mean that by verifying my actual bank account in paypal the master/credit card option would then work?
    Or is there something else happening here?

    Hi,

    Yes this is correct. To be able to pay using Paypal, you still must have an existing Credit Card on file at Paypal.
