I am unable to use the Jotform?

Good Morning,

A rescue organization sent me a foster application on a jotform and no matter how I attempt to open it and fill it out, I am unable to use the jotform? Are there specific platforms that support it? When I try to type in the form, nothing shows up. It just seems blank. I don't know what to do to get the form to work, please help!

I tried this on my browser and it was working. I was able to see and use the form.

When I use that  direct URL link or the one I sent you, it doesn't work :(
Anything I type into the form does not show up.  I have never had this problem with any other form.I have no idea why text is not showing up?

The text appears to be not showing up because the text color was the same as the input box background color (white). So even though you're able to type in the input boxes, it gave an illusion that nothing was typed.

Here is a screencast video that shows the problem.

I recommend you contact the form creator (the one who provided you the form link) and let them know of the issue with their form. They should be able to fix this easily.
