Reuse the order form for a 2nd order

I got this from an order form user

So I’m trying to do another order now… I can sign in easily to my account but i can’t find the products to select… it shows the previous products I had selected, from the previous order, but no option that I can find to see all of the products for a new order

How can I make that users can simply create a second, then a third order etc at a later date?

On you want to make another order, you need to submit the form again.

Who do you refer to when you say YOU need to submit the form.

Do you mean me (the creator of the form) or her (the user of the form)

Essentially I have created a small list of items people can purchase. She has made one purchase and now wants make a 2nd purchase She is saying she can only SEE the products she purchased the first time. How does she make the whole list visible as a user of the form?

There's a condition on the form. To show or see the products again, the user needs to fill out the Name field. Is that what you're trying to ask? Please check the screencast below:
