My clients get a white screen after they submit their forms..

How can I fix the blank white screen from coming up after my clients input their information, deposit then press submit.

It's super confusing for them and actually cause them to double book.

Please advise the best way to fix this. Thanks so much.

I checked your form and it is configured properly. I cleared your form cache on our server.

May we know if you can replicate the issue? You can create a test product and set it to $0.1 to test your form.
