additional $5 delivery charge not showing up on the invoice

Hi, I am having issues with the additional $5 delivery charge not showing up on the invoice total. At the top of the invoice it has the correct total but at the bottom of the invoice it shows a total minus the $5 delivery charge. The additional delivery charge is done through conditionals but I do not understand why it is not showing up in the invoice total. Please help. Thank you.

As your $5 delivery charge is outside of the Product List, I'm afraid it can't be included in the Invoice's payment area.

If you wish to have it included, please use enable shipping under the payment settings.
