Does the silver plan only allows 10 payment submissions per month?

Is it accurate that the silver plan only allows 10 payment submissions per month or is that a mistake?

Please note that free plan is limited to 10 payment submissions per month. In silver plan, you can receive up to 1000 payment submissions. Please check the screenshot of payment limits in different account:
