How can i turn off the automatic google recapture from my form?

Please i want the recapture function turned of on my contact form, Jotform will be a masterpiece without the unnecessary automatic google recapture

Another thing is the recapture is impossible to fill on mobile

Can you please just remove that function completely, i see alot of people have already complained about this same completely unnecessary function.

What's the point of creating a very simple contact form that stresses people out when they try to opt in?

Unfortunately, the free account could not be whitelisted.

It could be that their IP address was flagged for spam from our end. That is why an extra layer of protection was added before the user can submit the form.

Jotform doesn't whitelist free plan users because of spam. Sorry for the inconvenience.
